The Morgan Jayne Hill Scholarship is an annual competition for high school seniors that is aimed at bringing awareness about Illinois’ Safe Haven Law. The scholarship contest is sponsored by the Save Abandoned Babies Foundation.
Six winners will be chosen. Two $1,000 winners for best Essay, two $1,000 winner for best Artwork and one $500 Runner-Up in each category.
