All proceeds support awareness about the Safe Haven Law – including the Morgan Jane Hill Scholarship Fund. Since 2001, 163 newborns have been safely relinquished to a person at a police station, fire station or hospital in Illinois. The Save Abandoned Babies Foundation has been working for over 25 years to ensure people know about the law so that no baby is needlessly unsafely abandoned.
